How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed by via the website or by post. Upon receipt of your order, we will email you to confirm the goods, the cost and when you can expect delivery.
How long will it take to receive my goods?
Once payment has been received, we endeavour to despatch orders placed within the UK, as soon as possible. If you are paying for your order by cheque, you can expect to receive your goods once this has cleared. Should you pay by credit card or PayPal, in normal circumstances, you should have your order within five working days. Should your goods be particularly heavy items, delivery may be a little longer than usual. However, if you have a specific urgent order, please inform us at the time of order and we will make every effort to ensure you receive it in good time. Should there be a problem with your order, including any likely delays, we will inform you straight away.
What format does my photograph need to be?
Ideally, to ensure maximum print quality, any images must be sent as a good quality JPEG. If you do not have your photograph in digital format, simply send it to the address on the website and we will scan it at no extra charge. Obviously dependent on the quality of the image, this will then determine the quality of the print.
Will the colours of my image/photograph appear the same as the finished item?
As individual monitor settings and photograph qualities can vary, we cannot guarantee this but we can ensure that all our products are of a high quality.
How do I pay for the goods?
Payment for the goods can be by cheque, in Pounds Sterling and made payable to MAD 4 I.T. Ltd (the owner of A Custom Gift) and sent to the following address; 52 Clapgate Lane, Goose Green, Wigan WN6 3RW. Alternatively, you can also pay by credit card via PayPal.
Can I place an order but arrange for it to be sent to another address?
You have the option to specify at the time of placing your order whether you wish your goods to be sent to your home address or an alternative address.
What is the cost for delivery?
The standard cost for delivery is £3.95. Occasionally, this may vary dependent on the goods and quantity ordered. However, this will be clearly stated in your confirmation email, so you are fully aware of the costs.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, but delivery charges may vary dependent on the type of goods and where they are being despatched to. Confirmation of delivery charges will be explained in the order confirmation you receive by email.
I have not received my order yet?
If you have not received your order after seven working days, you can contact us by completing the ‘Contact Us’ form on the website or by telephoning 07793 093 755 and we will try our best to assist you in any way we can.
What happens to my personal details?
The personal details of our customers are confidential and for our records only. Due to the Data Protection Act, these will not be passed on to any third parties.
What happens if I want to cancel my order?
If you later decide to cancel your order and your item has not been printed, you will not be charged. However, as our products are custom gifts and personal to the individual, if your goods have been printed, you will be liable for the full cost less postage.
